Hedwig Lubberding (HR Manager Benelux) works at Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems. Aalberts IPS develops the most advanced integrated piping systems for the distribution and control of liquids and gases. These systems are used in various markets worldwide, such as industry, utilities, and residential construction.

We got in touch with UP because we, like the rest of the Netherlands, are looking for technical people. We noticed that the standard method of recruitment was insufficient and that we needed to approach the latent market in an innovative way. I am someone who wants to remain innovative and always believes in improvement, including within the recruitment profession. It is nice to see that my colleagues are also enthusiastic now that the campaign we ran is a success. The fact that UP is innovative in the field of Recruitment Marketing Automation is undeniable.

I find the transparent way of working very pleasant. Everything we do is based on data. A conversion rate is determined in advance, and the plan is based on this. The process is adjusted when necessary. Challenging objectives and clear reports contribute enormously to this. By having a clear understanding of what is going wrong or right, and knowing the consequences, you gain good insight into the process as partners.

Of course, the collaboration isn't just about numbers. We have shared ownership of the process. This gives us the space to speak up to each other when something isn't going as planned and to adjust immediately. Successes are also shared jointly. That openness makes for a pleasant collaboration. I notice that UP listens well to us and, as a result, continues to optimize its own processes. They also let us know when the client has inspired them to do something differently and that they are going to apply this to other clients as well. That is, of course, also great to receive as feedback.
