Organizations are getting stuck in the labor market. Not because talent isn't there, but because they are approaching it incorrectly. They search among the 10–14% who are actively looking and miss the 50–55% of latent talent that *is* open to the right opportunity, at the right time, in the right way.
At UP in Business, we solve that. With Recruitment Marketing Automation (RMA), we build talent pools for our clients based on their entire target audience: active, passive, and non-job looking. We activate these pools with professional content, automation, and hyper-personalized communication. The result: 50–80% of hires from their own pool, less reliance on expensive job boards, and structurally better matches.
As the market leader in the application of RMA, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to bring this approach to clients.
What are you going to do?
You are the link between the UP methodology and the client's reality. You translate our philosophy into concrete improvements: from strategy to campaign, from stakeholder to result.
You assume tactical responsibility for clients in Agency Recruitment and Corporate Recruitment.
You advise on the application of RMA: how do you build a talent pool based on the entire target group? How do you activate latent talent through professional content rather than job postings?
You conduct the Kitchen Review for new clients: target audience analysis, content audit, SWOT, and translating the recruitment objective into hard deliverables per funnel stage.
You work with the content strategy: you determine which content suits which stage of the candidate and monitor the methodical logic of each campaign.
You are strong in stakeholder management: you know who the decision-makers are, involve them at the right time, and carefully align expectations.
You translate data and behavioral signals, measured via UPNXT, into concrete advice that delivers immediate results.
You actively contribute to the further development of UPNXT, our proprietary platform for recruitment marketing automation. Your customer insights and practical experience have a direct influence on the direction of the product.
