Are you an all-round Online Marketer who gets energized by smart campaigns, impactful content, and the possibilities of AI? Do you have experience with social media, email marketing, advertising, and reporting – and are you excited about everything new in the world of digital marketing? Your role as an All-round Online Marketer

As an Online Marketer at UP, you are a strategic doer. Someone who turns creative ideas into smart campaigns and continuously adjusts based on data. You work on projects for our clients as well as our own branding. You see AI and technology not as a threat, but as an opportunity to make marketing smarter, more personal, and more effective. And with us, you get all the space to do so.

You are going to work for these wonderful clients!

What are you going to do?

  • Setting up and managing social media campaigns (paid & organic)

  • Setting up email marketing and marketing automation flows

  • Coordinating advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, job boards)

  • Monitoring and analyzing results, with optimization based on data

  • Contributing ideas for creative content formats (potentially including video)

  • Experimenting with AI tools for content, analysis, or process improvement

  • Advising clients on (recruitment) marketing strategy and employer branding

  • Actively contribute to brainstorms, strategy, and client meetings

What are you bringing?

  • You are analytically strong and creative – with an eye for text and imagery.

  • Affinity with visual content and tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

  • A demonstrable interest in AI and digital developments. You follow trends and enjoy testing new tools.

  • Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus.

  • You work independently, but are also a great sparring partner for colleagues and clients.
