Video is your strength! You know how to make an impact with visuals. Whether it involves social media reels, employer branding videos, or multichannel campaigns – you turn creative ideas into strong content.
Your role as an Online Marketer
As an Online Marketer at UP, you are the driving force behind creative content, with a strong focus on video. You conceive, create, and edit engaging videos for social media, employer branding, and campaigns for our clients and our own branding. Additionally, you work on visual content and marketing strategies that truly resonate with the target audience.

What are you going to do?
Creating and editing video content for social media, websites, and campaigns
Designing social media visuals and posts
Developing creative concepts and storytelling that resonate with the target audience
Setting up and optimizing multichannel recruitment campaigns
Setting up Recruitment Marketing Automation flows
Analyzing target audience data and optimizing content based on results
Contributing ideas to content strategies for effective employer branding
Advising clients on (recruitment) marketing and (labor market) communication
Make an active contribution to strategic consultations with clients
What are you bringing?
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (or Canva)
Affinity with video and social media
Creativity and the ability to develop ideas independently
Strong communication skills and a fluent writing style
Experience with employer branding and/or recruitment marketing is a plus.
